How to Order Cement Tiles

There are two ways to order tile from the Granada Tile company:

1. Order Cement and Concrete Tiles In Stock

1. Order a sample tile if you would like to see a particular tile in person before ordering it.
   
   
2. Find out how many tiles you'll need and get a price quote for the tiles and shipping by picking a tile from one of the collections. Alternatively, you can call Granada Tile at 213-788-4238 to check quantities of tiles in stock.
   
   
3. Ready to place your order? Send an e-mail to sales@granadatile.com with the tile names and quantities you need or call us at 213-788-4238 with the same information.
   
   
4. Pay for the tiles in any of the following ways. Please contact us for the account number and bank information.
   
   
   1. Direct Deposit: Make deposit directly into Granada Tile's account at Chase.
      
      
   2. Credit Card: We accept Visa and Mastercard. Please complete the Credit Card Authorization form and e-mail or fax it back to 213-788-4239.
      
      
   3. Check: Make payable to Granada Tile and mail to:
      ATTN: This is a MAILING ADDRESS only, not an office or showroom.

      Because in stock tiles are available right away, we request payment in full for the tiles and any transportation costs.

5. Are you planning to pick up your tiles at the warehouses in La Mirada? Are we arranging for your tiles to be transported to you? Either way, there is coordination involved. If you are picking up, we’ll need to know when so we can make sure the warehouse has your order ready. If we are arranging transportation for you, we will coordinate between the warehouse and the trucking company.

2. Order Non-Stock / Custom Cement and Concrete Tiles

Found the perfect color combination for a non-stock/custom tile? Here is how to order it.

1. When designing or selecting a non-stock / custom tile, we highly recommend that you order a Color Palette Box. Computer screens are all calibrated differently and none match the actual tile colors exactly. It's best to work from the genuine article.
   
   
2. Once you've found the ideal tile and color combination for your project, we recommend you order a non-stock / custom cement sample tile (also known among architects and designers as a "strike-off") by saving it to your Portfolio and then sending it to Granada Tile.  It's a good idea to also save your custom design to your Portfolio. For the strike-off itself, we charge a deposit of $25. Once you place your full order, this deposit will be credited back to you. The other expense of a strike-off is the transportation expense of getting it from our factory in Nicaragua to you. We can either put it on your DHL, FedEx or UPS account or pay Granada Tile for the shipping. Please note that a strike-off typically takes 1-2 weeks reach you.

      Because non-stock tiles typically take 8 -10 weeks to produce and ship, we request full payment when the order is placed.
