To process your custom sample request, we need your DHL or Fedex International account number to ship your custom sample directly to you from the production facility in Nicaragua. Prior to shipping, we send you an image of the finished sample. The DHL or FedEx air shipping costs usually run between $120 to $180 per tile. Unlike the $25 deposit to make the custom tile, the air freight costs are not reimbursable. (We know these costs are high and are always looking for less costly alternatives.)
