At Granada Tile, we’re pleased to say that our wonderful cement tiles happen to appear in some of the loveliest, coolest, and hippest restaurants around. Today, we thought we’d take you on a brief tour of some of the spots featuring our tiles. So take a look at some great tile pictures—and maybe figure out your dinner plans for tonight. Maybe not surprisingly, many of our restaurant tile installations happen to be in the Los Angeles area. First up, is the Beverly Hills outpost of Thomas Keller’s renowned Bouchon. There, you can feast on classic bistro fare like steak frites AND feast your eyes on some spectacular cement tile from Granada Tile. Famed designer Adam Tihany chose our Copenhagen tile design for the light, airy space, which is evokes classic fin-de-siecle Parisian eateries.
Not far from Beverly Hills, is another hotspot with Granada Tile featured. Mercato di Vetro takes its inspiration from the markets of Italy, with a focus on fresh ingredients. Designed by Mark Zeff, it’s quite a looker too. For the tile installation at the restaurant, he took advantage of Granada Tile’s custom tile design options and created eye-catching cement tiles in black and white. The big, bold pattern suggests the big, bold flavors coming from the kitchen.
Just a short hop from Los Angeles, Las Vegas also has its fair share of Granada Tile in its amazing restaurants, which have been generating plenty of buzz for their food—and their design chops. A personal favoriate of ours is the Dragon Noodle Company & Sushi Bar at the Monte Carlo. The restaurant’s designers chose concrete tiles from our Echo Collection in mustard, creating a warm look and contributing to the fun feel of the place.
