The Moroccan zellij shown here is justifiably so well known that it is important to clarify that this section focuses on Moroccan CEMENT tile only. Zellij is made of clay and then glazed and fired, whereas cement tiles are made of cement, sand and color pigment and are pressed and air cured.
This is the Marrakesh version of the prior Moroccan cement tile above. The blue color still dominates the pattern design, but now mustard and black have replaced the red in the previous rendition. This speaks to the versatility of cement tile, with its endless possible colorways.
